1. Who we are
AxonRays Technologies LLP is a limited liability partnership registered in India, with its office at B-501, Ganesh Glory 11, Jagatpur Road, Off. SG Highway, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 382470. Where this policy says "we" or "us", it means that entity.

2. What this site collects
This website has no contact form, no account system and no newsletter. We collect two things.
- —Analytics about how pages are used, described in section 3.
- —Anything you choose to send us: if you book a call or send an email, we receive the details you provide.
We do not ask for, and this site does not collect, financial information, government identifiers or sensitive personal data.
3. Analytics
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors move through the site, which pages are read and where people leave. Clarity records page views, clicks, scrolling and general interaction patterns, along with technical information such as browser type, operating system, screen size, approximate location derived from IP address, and referring page.
Clarity may reconstruct these interactions as an aggregated session recording or heatmap. We use this only to improve the site. We do not use it to identify individuals, and we do not attempt to link it to any other information we hold.
Microsoft processes this data as our provider, under its own privacy terms. If you would rather not be included, most browsers allow you to block analytics scripts, and the cookie notice on this site lets you decline.
4. Booking a call
The "Book a scoping call" links open a scheduling service hosted by Cal.com. If you book, you provide your name, email address and whatever context you choose to write, and that information is held by Cal.com and by us for the purpose of holding the meeting and following up on it.
That booking is a separate service with its own privacy terms. We only receive the booking details.
5. Email and enquiries
If you email us, we keep the message and our reply so we can follow the conversation and honour anything we agreed. Business enquiry correspondence is kept for up to three years from the last exchange, then deleted, unless it forms part of a contract we are required to retain for longer.
We do not add enquiry email addresses to any marketing list, because we do not operate one.
6. Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. The analytics described in section 3 may set cookies to distinguish one session from another. Declining the cookie notice prevents those from being set.
Your browser also allows you to block or delete cookies. Doing so will not affect your ability to read any part of this site.
7. Sharing
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. The only third parties involved are the service providers named above: Microsoft, for analytics, and Cal.com, for scheduling. Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms.
We may disclose information where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
8. International transfers
We are based in India, and the providers named above operate internationally, so information covered by this policy may be processed outside your country. Where that happens, it is under the contractual terms those providers publish for international transfers.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to how we use it, or to receive a copy of it.
Write to hello@axonrays.com and we will respond within thirty days. We may need to ask a question to confirm who you are before acting on a request about a specific person’s data.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
