Where we come from
The practice was founded on a decade of manufacturing execution and ERP implementation work, mostly with discrete and regulated manufacturers where an unsigned operation or a mis-stated stock value has consequences beyond a report.
That experience shaped a specific view. Enterprise software rarely fails on features. It fails because the process was never mapped, the master data was never cleaned, the interfaces were left until last, and the people who had to use it first saw it a week before go-live.
AxonRays exists to do those four things properly. It is a young firm, and we would rather say that plainly than imply a client list we do not yet have. Current engagements are in progress; the case studies on this site describe our team’s prior implementation work, written without naming clients or vendors.
How we are set up
Small teams, senior people, no layer between the person who scoped the work and the person doing it. If you meet an implementation lead on the first call, that is who you will be working with.
We are platform-agnostic by design rather than by marketing. The platform is chosen after the process map, and the integration layer is built so one can be replaced later without rebuilding the operation around it. What we implement on today is listed on the platforms page, and it is expected to change.
